How to add documents to the Trust Center

Last updated: June 23, 2026

This guide explains how to add documents to your Trust Center so customers and prospects can access security, compliance, and privacy resources in one place.

Before you begin

  • Prepare the document you want to add, such as a SOC 2 report, penetration test summary, security whitepaper, privacy policy, or compliance certificate.

  • Confirm whether the document should be public or require approval before it can be accessed.

Start by adding the evidence

  1. Navigate to the Evidence page on your Oneleet dashboard.

  2. Drag & Drop, or add the relevant document using the "Add Document" link.

Add that evidence to your Trust Center

  1. Navigate to your Trust Center dashboard.

  2. Go to the Documents section.

  3. Click Add document.

  4. Enter a clear document name. Use a customer-friendly title, such as SOC 2 Type II Report or Security Overview.

  5. Choose the appropriate access setting:

    • Public: anyone visiting the Trust Center can view or download the document.

    • Restricted: visitors must request access before they can view or download the document.

    • NDA required: visitors must complete the required approval or NDA flow before accessing the document.

  6. Publish the document to your Trust Center

Review the document in your Trust Center

After uploading, open the public Trust Center page and confirm that the document appears in the correct section. Check that the title, description, and access settings are correct.

Update or replace a document

When a document expires or a newer version becomes available, return to the Documents section in the Trust Center admin dashboard. Edit the existing document, upload the new version, and save your changes.

Best practices

  • Use descriptive names that customers will recognize.

  • Keep expiration dates and report periods up to date.

  • Gate sensitive reports such as SOC 2 reports, ISO certificates, and penetration test reports when appropriate.

  • Remove outdated documents so customers do not rely on stale information.
