Follow the steps below to download and install the Oneleet Agent:

1. Navigate to portal.oneleet.com (not app.oneleet.com).

2. Go to the Devices tab on the left-hand side to find the download link for your platform.

3. Download and run the installer. If prompted with a security warning, click Keep or Run Anyway to proceed.

4. When prompted with "Do you want this app to make changes to your device?", click Yes.

5. Once installed, look for the Oneleet icon in your system tray (bottom-right corner of your screen on Windows, or the menu bar on macOS) and click it to log in.

Troubleshooting

If the app does not open or you encounter errors, try the following:

• App won't open / nothing happens after clicking: Open your Task Manager (Windows) or Activity Monitor (macOS), end any existing Oneleet processes, then try running the installer again.

• Error saying the app is already running: This means the agent is running in the background but not visible. Check your system tray (bottom-right on Windows, menu bar on macOS) for the Oneleet icon and click it to log in.

• Agent not connecting or MDM monitor not updating: Try logging out and back in, then restart your computer. If the issue persists, uninstall the agent and reinstall it fresh from portal.oneleet.com.

• Update button closes the app without updating: Uninstall the current version and reinstall directly from portal.oneleet.com to get the latest version.
