How do I schedule a call with my Security Program Manager or vCISO?

Last updated: June 23, 2026

Customers often need to schedule time with their Oneleet Security Program Manager or vCISO to discuss topics such as SOC 2 progress, other compliance frameworks (HIPAA, ISO 27001, GDPR, PCI DSS), security policy reviews, audit readiness, or general security guidance. This article explains how to book a call with the appropriate Oneleet team member.

How to schedule a call

The easiest way to schedule a call with your Oneleet point of contact is to use their Calendly link, which will be shared with you directly in your shared Slack channel or via email.

Here are the general steps to book a call:

  1. Reach out to your assigned Security Program Manager or vCISO in your shared Slack channel (or via email) and let them know you'd like to schedule a call, along with a brief description of what you'd like to discuss.

  2. Your contact will share their Calendly link. Click the link to view their available time slots.

  3. Select a time that works for your timezone and confirm the booking. You will receive a calendar invite with the meeting details.

Tips for a productive call:

  • When requesting a call, briefly describe the topics you want to cover (e.g., SOC 2 next steps, policy review, vCISO guidance). This helps your contact prepare and loop in the right people if needed.

  • If you need to involve additional team members from your side, mention this when requesting the meeting.

  • If none of the available Calendly slots work for your timezone, let your contact know and they can open up additional availability.

If you are unsure who your assigned Security Program Manager or vCISO is, or if your contact has changed, simply post a message in your shared Slack channel and the Oneleet team will connect you with the right person.
